SOF Experience

The SOF Experience is a four (4) day field training course conducted at Highlands Keep, with three and a half (3.5) days and three (3) nights in the field, and a half day in the classroom. The SOF Experience combines patrolling, land navigation, physical challenges, tactical scenarios and mission planning & execution into one physically challenging and faced paced evolution.   It is a highly structured evolution that stress, time constraints, chaos, physical fatigue and uncertainty to challenge participants.  The field training equipment required to operate and survive outdoors during the evolution is issued to participants. Course Minimum is 8 Participants.

The MINIMUM required equipment list is:

• Notebook & Pencil
• Flashlight
• Whistle (may be purchased at Highlands Keep)
• Signaling Mirror (may be purchased at Highlands Keep)
• Cyalume Stick (may be purchased at Highlands Keep)
• Camelbak™ or other canteen system
• Weather appropriate boots
